Nicole Villa, located in the traditional Cretan village of Embrosneros in the Apokoronas region of Chania, Crete, offers an elegant blend of modern comfort and authentic village charm. Indoor Facilities
The ground floor welcomes guests with a bright living area featuring a comfortable sofa and a 55’’ Smart TV, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. A second kitchen with a traditional wood oven and washer-dryer adds extra convenience. The bedroom on this level includes a queen-size bed, a sofa bed for an additional guest, and an ensuite bathroom. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available.

Upstairs, the villa offers two spacious bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and Smart TVs. One bedroom with a sofa bed opens onto a balcony with a relaxing sitting area, while the other features a private balcony with a dining space, perfect for enjoying meals or morning coffee. A separate bedroom next to the pool includes a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, providing additional privacy and comfort.

Outdoor Facilities
Outdoors, the villa includes a private 40 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers, a shaded lounge, a barbecue corner with electric and charcoal grills, a mini fridge, and a dining area, perfect for enjoying a lovely evening!

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 5 days' advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool can be paid only with cash upon arrival.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid upon booking.
